The Planets: The objective was to design a poster for a section of Gustav Holst's musical arrangement The Planets titled "Mars, Bringer of War", using only typography and shape. Through my poster, I wanted to convey the harsh tone, complexity, and vivid story embodied by the music.

Mass: A requirement of this poster was that it should be dominated by typography, and that at least three meanings of a particular word, in this case "mass", should be exhibited. Included are the meanings of the word "mass" as it pertains to the Catholic Church, science, and the state of Massachusetts.

American Forests: This poster must be designed for a non-profit organization. My poster for American Forests aims to call to attention all of the things humans do that harm the forests. The paper I used was composed of recycled material to reinforce the theme of environmental awareness.
